What this free converter does
Read invoice PDFs, recognise printed English scans and PNG or JPEG photos, or paste text. Edit candidate fields and export Excel or CSV. Queue up to 10 invoices, review each one and download a consolidated workbook with source references. Matching supplier names and invoice numbers are flagged before batch export. Unfamiliar layouts and line items can still be missed. Always compare the result with your original.
Where your invoice goes
Files and extracted text stay in this page's memory. They are not sent to an extraction service or saved between visits. Scan reading downloads software and language data from jsDelivr, which receives normal download metadata such as your IP address, but not your invoice. The browser may cache language data for later use. Clear the source to discard the current document. Saved batch snapshots remain until you remove them or close the tab. Downloaded files remain on your device.
When you need a larger workflow
Handwriting, mixed languages and complex taxes need a different extraction setup. For this local reader, use clear, upright scans with printed English labels. Textless PDF pages require scan reading, including in mixed documents. Accounting imports also need supplier matching, broader duplicate checks and approval rules. A reviewed export is not payment approval.
